This company does not seem to have anyway of taking care of loans satisfactorily when disaster hits one of their own so their clients suffer. She finally mention she had a serious personal problem going on and was doing her best to help. She claimed she did not know anything about the second job several times even though I had mentioned it first meeting and my relator remembers me mentioning it. She reassured me she was on my side but the company had to follow guidelines that have been set. Finally I talked to Ann L***** who was suppose to be in charge with only, she was sorry but due to the other job she could not do anything about the paper work havoc and interest rate going up. Loan Star did not lock in this loan as they had on the last one and after 3 weeks of running me back and forth for information that was redundant they said my interest rate percentage had gone up and I needed to sign it so as to keep it at the almost 1/2 percent it went up while they were trying to do this loan. After reviewing they stated I earned to much and decided to start me on another loan.

Next, they call me the following day at 4:30 pm that you are ready to close. At this point I still have no idea what my exact cost to close is. They said, it would take 24 hours to review. 'Nope you are good' On closing day, I get a laundry list of docs that I need to provide. I asked multiple times do you need any other documents. Second they waste a whole week of doing nothing. They will also tell you they are not the cheapest but the best in the world. She will sell you the product and get you going.
